CORAL GABLES, Fla., September 1, 2026 — Assembly Software names Sue Marchant as Chief Product Officer, bringing two decades of artificial intelligence and enterprise product leadership to platform strategy, roadmap, and the continued development of NeosAI.
Marchant joins as personal injury firms shift from case management as a system of record to case management as a system of execution. She most recently served as Chief Product Officer at MasterControl and previously held AI product leadership roles at Attensity, inContact, and NICE.
