Before founding James Morris Law in 2004, James E. Morris held senior and managing partner positions in firms focused on personal injury cases. Before Neos
With Needles, the firm needed to remote into their desktops through a downloaded app. Whatever device they were trying to work on had to have a specific app to access their desktop. It wasn't an easy thing to do, and connections dropped often.
Once they began using Neos, the whole team could work from anywhere. Haley Faust, the firm's paralegal, loves the ease with which she can jump back and forth between cases she is working on and access all the information regardless of location or device.

Now Haley can effortlessly generate new documents with a few clicks. Neos dynamically populates her templates by pulling information directly from a case, then automatically saves the document to the correct case file. Accessing the case files from anywhere is helpful because she and her colleagues can pull up specific documents for any case in seconds, in any situation.
