New Features
Contact Details: New 360 View (Customer Request)
The Contact Detail page has two new sections that provide a 360-degree view of contacts.
Why is this important?
When talking to a contact, it's important to see all past communications and know which cases they're involved in—especially if they're part of more than one case. This helps you stay organized and deliver better client service.
Example use cases:
How it works
Contact Communications Tab
The Contact Communications tab is now the default view for all contacts, including both providers and non-providers.
The Phone grid displays all columns and actions available in the Contact Communications grid, filtered to show only communications related to the current contact.
The Text grid displays all columns and actions available in the Global Communications Text grid, filtered to show only messages related to the current contact.
Contact Involvement Tab
The Involvement tab is now the default view for all contacts, including both providers and non-providers.
Every unique involvement for each case that a contact is associated with is displayed as a separate row in the Cases grid within the Contact Involvement tab. This provides a more flexible and powerful alternative to the List Provider Usage workflow.
Every unique involvement for each intake a contact is involved in is displayed as a separate row in the Intakes grid within the Contact Involvement tab.
Print: Users can print the visible rows and columns of the Involvement tab (Case or Intake) directly from the browser.
Export: Users can export the full Involvement – Case or Involvement – Intake grid to PDF, CSV, or Excel format.
This customer request was highly prioritized due to the number of votes and similar ideas submitted via the Neos Ideas Portal.
Dramatically Increased NeosAI Character Limit for Documents (NeosAI Platinum only)
We've upgraded the AI language model powering AI Document Summaries, NeosAI Chat, AI Document Generation, and AI Executive Case Summary. As a result of this upgrade, the input limit has dramatically increased to approximately 4,000,000 characters, or 1,500–2,000 pages—depending on text density.
Why is this important?
Upgrading to Azure AI's most recent model improves the accuracy and performance of AI-driven features. It can now handle much larger documents and more complex cases, saving firms even more time per case.
How it works
Take advantage of the new powerful model through NeosAI Chat, Summaries (Documents, Images, Cases), and AI Document Generation.
Enhanced AI Document Generation with Contextual Documents (NeosAI Platinum only)
Generate more precise and informed documents by easily incorporating relevant data from existing case documents.

How it works
Flexible AI Tags with User Data Tabs (NeosAI Platinum only)
Save valuable time by pre-defining which case-specific user tabs (1–10) should be automatically included in AI-generated documents. Users can modify the data sources included in the prompt to generate a case summary specifically for this instance, excluding irrelevant information.

Simplified Multi-Document Selection for AI Chat (NeosAI Platinum only)
Users can now select and add multiple documents to AI Chat at once.
Why is this important?
This new feature significantly reduces the time spent uploading and managing documents individually, enabling users to streamline their workflow.
How it works
Advanced Search Enhancements
Top Navigation Menu
Users can now access Advanced Search from the top navigation menu.
Discard Button
A new Discard button is now available.
Enhanced Dynamic Layout Reporting
Drag and Drop Columns
Users can now drag a column to the grouping header to group by that column. If a user wants to group by three columns, they can rearrange the columns in the drag-and-drop area to change the grouping order. Grouping is still available in the 3-dot menu.
Reports
If a report is shared, users will see the shared icon in the saved "As" report. If the report is private, the "Mine" icon will be displayed instead. When users make changes to a saved report, they'll see the Discard button to remove any new changes.
Calendar Invite – Organizer Blank
Calendar invites with a blank Organizer are now fully editable. Once the event is open, you can click "Send to Outlook" or make any changes directly and click Save.
Sort by UDF Fields
User Defined Fields (UDFs) are now sortable. Click on column headers to sort data within User Defined Fields, making it easier to organize and analyze information.
New Version of Zapier Requires Zap Updates
A new version of the Neos Zapier integration is now available. This new version includes changes that will prevent automatic updates to installed Zaps—any existing Zap will need to be manually upgraded to the newer version, and the existing version will be marked as "Deprecating."

The existing version has been officially marked for deprecation by the end of February 2026.
