Neos Today Integrated Dashboards

Document Generation Wizard
The new Neos Document Generation Wizard is the premier solution for your document generation needs. It allows you to select multiple templates to generate an entire document package.
Neos users can:
- Select multiple templates for a documents package
- Preview your document templates during the selection
- Generate pre-trial letters and court forms all at once by selecting multiple values, medical, insurance providers, and more
Premium Documents Package – Inline PDF Editor with OCR – Paid feature ($25/month)
We are excited to introduce our first-ever documents add-on module for enhanced PDF editing with Optical Character Recognition (OCR). OCR converts PDFs into editable documents.
Neos users who purchase the Premium Documents Package can:
- Edit, redact and annotate documents directly from Neos
- Search through the document using the document side pane
- Merge multiple documents into one or remove unnecessary pages
- Leverage commenting for easy collaboration on documents and forms
- Crop specific sections of the document to speed up the review of important information
Integrations
RingCentral Version 1.0
- Identifies your contacts in Neos when they call your RingCentral number and the case associated with the incoming phone number will automatically appear in your Neos system
- Free until May 2022, then $200 per month (per firm). Requires a RingCentral subscription
Cost-Recovery (Copitrak, Equitrac)
- The Cost-Recovery integration allows firms to interface with their existing cost recovery solution to seamlessly track and recover costs
- $200 per month (per firm). Requires a Copitrack or Equitrac subscription
